Cancellation Policy
I understand that life happens. But please try to cancel or reschedule within 48 hours of scheduled appointment to allow for your appointment window to be filled by another client. You may cancel up to 24 hours online. Within the 24-hour period you must cancel directly through me via text message at 480-274-8452. If client no call/no shows, a mandatory 25% non-cancellation fee will be applied to cover my time. I don't like applying this fee so please cancel appropriately. I value your time as I expect you value mine. Thank you.
